I’m the founder of Kreative Kiddle and a hospitality designer with over two decades of experience in hospitality, including running an award-winning South London pub with rooms. That background shapes how I approach every project, with a focus on how spaces work day to day, not just how they look. I work with hospitality owners across the UK to create authentic spaces to gather, using what’s already there, sourcing locally where possible, and making thoughtful, practical decisions. I believe small details add up to support the business, the people using the space, and the wider community, all grounded in a genuine love for pubs as the heart of community life.
About Jemma

Design shaped by years in hospitality
Permaculture-led mindset
At the core of my work is a permaculture-led approach, a way of thinking that focuses on working with what’s already there, making considered use of resources, and creating systems that last. This is grounded in a balance of people care, earth care and fair share, shaping spaces that support communities, use resources thoughtfully, and ensure value is shared responsibly all while recognising the role beauty plays in how we experience a place.
Fair share
Fair Share supports skilled makers, local suppliers and trusted collaborators, and makes thoughtful decisions about how and where resources are spent.

Earth Care
Earth Care prioritises reuse and responsible sourcing, giving existing materials new life while reducing waste and creating durable, characterful spaces.

People Care
People Care supports local communities, creating welcoming spaces where people can gather, connect and feel at ease.

A permaculture inspired design approach to hospitality
If you are planning a hospitality project and want to explore how permaculture principles can shape the design, get in touch. Each project begins with a conversation to understand the space, the goals and the people it will serve, before developing a thoughtful and practical approach.
